Three winners of 10 year blogiversary giveaway! from The Crafty Quilter

I have THREE winners to announce for my 10-year blogiversary giveaway!  Thank you ALL for your beautiful comments. Originally there were only supposed to be two winners, but the first winning number was someone living outside of the United States. As I mentioned in the rules, I would only ship within the US, so I had to pick two more winners. But the first winner, will receive three pdf patterns from me. I’ll talk more about that winner in a bit.

10 year blogiversary & giveaway! from The Crafty Quilter

I can’t believe that today is my 10 year blogiversary! I never imagined The Crafty Quilter would grow from a little space to share my ideas on the internet to a large online community of quilters and creatives. I am so grateful to you all for following me on this adventure. I think this calls for a celebration, and what better way to celebrate than with a giveaway!  UPDATE:  This giveaway is now CLOSED.

Baby quilt and a grand prize giveaway from The Crafty Quilter

I’m making good progress on my grandson’s baby quilt. I’ve got the quilt top finished and it’s now marked and basted. I love it already!

Benjamin’s baby quilt

Baby Quilt for Benjamin made by Julie Cefalu @ The Crafty Quilter.  Pattern is Glacier by QLT Studio.

This pattern, Glacier, really lends itself to straight line quilting. I’m using the diagonal lines of the pattern to determine the direction and spacing of my lines. I love using blue water erasable markers to mark my stitching lines. You can find my favorite markers here.
